With the arrival of the equinox on 22 September, the cycle of opening comes to completion and full passes for the Xolotl 2025 Conference are now closed.
From this moment on, the circle remains open only through day tickets ($2,000 MXN), allowing each participant to join, please request your access by writing to our email: xolotl@eurotas2025.com.mx
Return policies:
Since this is a self-managed project, with multiple tasks of organization, planning and realization, we do not offer refunds. In case you are unable to attend, you can contact the support team and donate or exchange your ticket with someone else.
Just as light and shadow find balance, we mark this threshold, safeguarding the gathering that is already beginning to blossom.
Lodging, transportation and meals
Lodging.
The two recommended accommodations for the Xolotl 2025 Conference are now fully booked.
We thank those who reserved in advance. We kindly invite participants who have not yet secured lodging to explore alternative options in Oaxaca City, as the gathering approaches and we wish for everyone to find a place of rest that feels right for them.
Transportation.
From Hotel Villas del Sol and Hotel Km7, shuttle service will be provided to bring participants to and from the congress venue each day free of charge. For those who prefer to arrive and depart according to their own schedule, we can recommend local cab drivers.
Food.
We offer breakfast, lunch and dinner in the Mexican market style, the local community strives to cook with the Oaxacan seasoning and to cater to different food tastes. Get ready to savor ancient recipes with a contemporary touch. The payment for each meal will be made directly to the cooks, favoring the economic flow with our community. Some hotels will offer breakfast in their rates (confirm this when booking).
Each day you can buy a ticket for the traditional food and drink market. The price ranges from 200 to 500 Mexican pesos.
We want our congress to be a celebration of genuine community—a real meeting between people who support each other and have the strong desire to create together.
