Conference Registration
In order to encourage global participation and recognize different economic realities, we have two registration fee modalities: one for people coming from countries with established economies (mainly in Europe, U.S.) and another, with a reduced cost, for participants from developing countries such as Mexico and Latin America.
General Fee
$9,000 MXN
Approximately €410, depending on the exchange rate of the day.

Our intention is to make this conference as accessible as possible, celebrating the diversity of perspectives and encouraging international dialogue. We appreciate your support and understanding of this policy, which is designed to balance opportunities and foster collaboration between different regions of the world.
If you are from a developing country, we invite you to write directly to this email to request the special fee.
Fees include:
- General admission to the 5 days of the congress.
- Our conference venue is located 13km from the centre of Oaxaca, so we recommend staying in two nearby hotels: Villas del Sol and Hotel KM7. We will offer FREE transportation daily from these two hotels to the conference venue.

Return policies:
Since this is a self-managed project, with multiple tasks of organization, planning and realization, we do not offer refunds. In case you are unable to attend, you can contact the support team and donate or exchange your ticket with someone else.

Transportation.
From Hotel Villas del Sol and Hotel Km7, shuttle service will be provided to bring participants to and from the congress venue each day free of charge. For those who prefer to arrive and depart according to their own schedule, we can recommend local cab drivers.
Food.
We offer breakfast, lunch and dinner in the Mexican market style, the local community strives to cook with the Oaxacan seasoning and to cater to different food tastes. Get ready to savor ancient recipes with a contemporary touch. The payment for each meal will be made directly to the cooks, favoring the economic flow with our community. Some hotels will offer breakfast in their rates (confirm this when booking).
Each day you can buy a ticket for the traditional food and drink market. The price ranges from 200 to 500 Mexican pesos.
We want our congress to be a celebration of genuine community—a real meeting between people who support each other and have the strong desire to create together.
