How can we effectively foster the integration of psychedelic or plant medicine experiences, whether our own or our clients? Building on decades of research into human holistic transformation, this workshop turns to Nature’s wisdom as our main guide. You will learn simple but profound, nature-inspired practices to apply to different stages of the psychedelic preparation and integration process. Emphasis will be placed on the somatic rooting of the vital seeds or potentials activated in the session, gestating the experience in our vital world without mental interference, and unconditionally accepting in our hearts the new horizons disclosed by the experience. Combining mindful physical contact and contemplative awareness, you will be guided in the practice of interactive embodied meditation, as well as engage in creative activities centered around artwork, games and movement, and small group discussion. Discover experientially how Nature and the human body provide organic referents for the harmonious integration of psychedelic experiences.
In this workshop, you will learn to:
- Appreciate the power of Nature’s wisdom in the integration of psychedelic, plant medicine, and spiritual experiences—your own and your clients.
- Engage and align your body, vital world, heart, mind, and consciousness to promote such an integration.
- Integrate respectful physical contact and contemplative awareness in the preparation and integration of psychedelic sessions or retreats.
- Apply new practical skills in your professional, healing, and spiritual practice, as well as in your everyday life and intimate relationships.
